Introduction to Linux V.2 [ LFS101X.2 ]

LinuxFoundationX's LFS101x Introduction to Linux
(FREE SELF-PACED ONLINE COURSE )

The first version of this course ended last December 20, 2014.

The course earned different responses and reviews from users. I, myself as a newbie was so thankful about the course; it’s Free and I learned a lot of new things in computing. But some users complained about how basic the course was though the course title says “INTRODUCTION”. I don’t know why they were expecting advanced lessons out from this FREE INTRODUCTION course.

Here's the screenshot of the course chapters.

On the other hand, advanced users pointed out some part of the course that need corrections, reordering and updating some of its chapters. As a result, the Linux Foundation decided to issue the second version of the course which will start on January 5, 2015. We can expect that the newer course is better than the first. So, if you missed the first version or not happy with it, now is your chance to experience the better course, Introduction to Linux v.2 and start your Linux journey!
